24.01.2022 See you tonight at 6pm at the usual spot by the bubbler on the corner of Beissel st and Evelyn Parker pl. We will start our beep test at 6:15 after a short warmup.

24.01.2022 Run club will be on tonight. While we are very aware of the ongoing COVID-19 virus, we are a small group with low risk of infection. Having said this, please wash your hands with soap and water before you attend. Also please try and practice social distancing (1.5m apart) and avoid high-fives and other physical contact. If you happen to be unwell in any way please reconsidering attending tonight’s run. We will continue to meet until we receive government advice stating otherwise. Hope you see you all at the usual spot on the corner of Beissel st and Evelyn Parker pl at 6pm!

20.01.2022 Run club is GO! So excited to start back running tonight. Meeting as usual at the corner of Beissel st and Evelyn Parker place at 6pm. If you headlights it's best to bring them as it will be dark (and probably very cold). See you there!

15.01.2022 Hills take 2! Tonight for run club we will be aiming for elevation again, meeting at the same place as last week. We will be maintaining an even effort up and down Gossan Hill for 50min this week. Meet on the bike path on the corner of Collage st and Cooinda st at 6pm! See you there!

14.01.2022 Run club is ON this Wednesday! Get keen for a light running drills and session and some good banta. Bring a friend, put it in your schedule, plan your post run snacks. 13.01.2022 Run club tonight will be a nice gentle lap of Lake Ginninderra. Meeting at our usual spot by the bubbler at the corner of Beissel st and Evelyn Parker pl at 6pm. It will be dark so bring a light to run with if you have one

12.01.2022 Run club will be socially spaced tonight. We need to make sure that we are at least 1.5m spaces at all times. We will be doing drills tonight. Meeting at the normal spot by the bubbler at 6pm See you there (from a distance)

09.01.2022 Run club restart date! Run club will be restarting post-COVID on Wednesday 1st July. We will be seeking to maintain social distancing as per the current regulations as we run. While this means staying 1.5m apart, it won’t limit our socialising or our running!... For our first session we will be doing an interval session starting by the bubbler at the corner of Beissel st and Evelyn Parker pl at 6:00pm. We hope to see new and returning runners then!

04.01.2022 Gossan Hill reps for our session tonight. Come along for some hilly trail reps starting at the corner of Cooinda st and Collage st at 6pm. We will be looking at doing elevation training and seeing how much we can get in 45min! See you there Photo below of the meeting place.

03.01.2022 Run club is postponed until further notice Due to the restrictions on groups of more than two people we can no longer provide a safe atmosphere for exercise. While there are no events on, we can take this time to do more drills and focus on the quality of our training rather than the duration. ... I’ve found a little rest has sorted a few niggling injuries already! I’ve already planned a race for much later in the year plus some new shoes to go with it Stay tuned for HIIT workouts you can do in your own home or with friends via zoom. (I did one yesterday and now I’m sore ). These are a great way to work hard for 20min and you’ll feel great at the end! Stay safe, wash your hands. -Coach Kael
