21.01.2022 Business as (almost) usual. We welcome the recent changes to free up patients' access to unrestricted one-to-one appointments with Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Remedial Masseurs and Myotherapists. If you've been holding off we look forward to seeing you face-to-face again if you need us! We are waiting on further advice to determine when we will recommence safe, distanced and ventilated small group classes. Zoom classes will remain available for the time being.

14.01.2022 Pending the state government’s announcements this Sunday, we are highly optimistic that Myotherapy and Remedial Massage will be permitted once again this coming week! (ie commencing Mon Oct 26th) These services are available at our Hastings clinic. We are very excited to be welcoming Sean Jones back to the clinic. We’re also delighted to introduce Tanisha O’Brien, a skilled Myotherapist and Remedial Masseur. For those patients booking with Tanisha please be aware that any ...private health rebates will need to be claimed using your receipt at a later date. Health funds take some time to electronically register a new therapist at a clinic and we expect all patients to be able to claim back on any services from Tanisha in the next 2 to 6 weeks dependent on your health fund. Bookings available online via our website or call us on 59793737. Be quick!! We have already taken a high number of advance bookings, a limited number of places remain available.

11.01.2022 We are very excited to welcome the newest member of the Hastings Beleura physiotherapy team, Amelia! Amelia joins us with several years’ experience as a physiotherapist, working in a variety of fields to gather a very well-rounded background in health and well-being. In addition to her professional experience Amelia is a keen yoga practitioner and enjoys merging this into her professional practice. We are now lucky to have her conducting a yogalates class on Saturday mornings as a part of our ongoing virtual class program. This moderately-paced class blends mix of traditional yoga poses and a contemporary understanding of exercise science to deliver a work out that helps you improve both flexibility and strength across an enjoyable 30 minute session.
