23.01.2022 My finished butterfly for Lockdown 2.0 theme. This is going up at the post office in Gembrook to brighten everyone’s day.

23.01.2022 A lot of interruptions today. Think I’ll lose my phone tomorrow and lock myself in to get this one finished. Love the creamy colour against the greens. And I think the red will come out once I grout.

23.01.2022 I had a great time in the studio yesterday working with with Smalti, Jade, Millifiori and glass. For this heart piece A Maori Heart.

23.01.2022 Not a lot of time in the studio today and a bit of fluffing around with the background. But I’ve made a start now and will hopefully be back at it tomorrow.

21.01.2022 My industrial shelving in the new storage shed is like a Big Mecano set! Thank you to my amazing husband for helping me put it all together today so I can start clearing out all of my excess stock from the studio tomorrow.

20.01.2022 Almost finished my fairy wren. Background to do tomorrow then grouting by the end of the week.

20.01.2022 I finally had couple of afternoons In the studio to create. A butterfly for our local lockdown theme.

18.01.2022 I'm so sad to hear we are put back into another 6 week lock down when modified class was going to start back in the next couple of weeks. I miss my students and seeing what they are making. The chit chat around the table. Looks like another term of no mosaic classes. This is really starting to hurt!

16.01.2022 I have 5.5 metres of shelving coming for either side of the shipping container. Will need some nice steps or a ramp at the front and now I can consolidate all of my stock at the property. Looking forward to sorting it all out and selling off all of my excess stock. Watch this space

14.01.2022 Last night I didn’t leave the studio until 6.30. I am finished my little blue wren. very happy with the finished piece. Some Millie in there too. I’ll have a look at it in the frame when I get the chance and decide whether I’ll grout or not.
