24.01.2022 I am so proud to support MLC Rosemary Armitage and the work she does in the Launceston community. I loved photographing her with Orthopaedic Surgeon Berni Einoder, before their meeting about accreditation at the Launceston General Hospital last Friday. From Rosemarys Facebook Page ... "Our LGH SUPPORT GROUP will meet with the Health Minister this week to discuss growing concerns about the lack of endocrinology and diabetes services for patients in Northern Tasmania as well ...as the possible threat to hospital accreditation. I look forward to the Governments advice of how it plans to solve these issues and seek assurance that the Launceston General Hospital will remain the centre of excellence that is has been for so many years. We have a great hospital, with great staff and it is essential that every patient continues to receive uncompromised quality of care. 10.01.2022 Pretty excited to receive a request from the Treirenberg Super Circuit organiser to include an image I took of the gorgeous Venetia Zantuck on her wedding day 5 years ago, in their upcoming exhibition in Austria. It is an invitation only exhibition. They will do the printing and framing and the image will be for sale. Vee and I might have to go out and celebrate with our commission money, Christian ;-) xx

05.01.2022 Bron and I loved photographing Courtney & Matthews wedding recently. The very first wedding reception held at Nyllavert Gardens! The girls had their makeup done by Courtneys cousin Brianna Schipper and hair styling at Sass in Newstead. Following the ceremony, led beautifully by Sheree Larsen at Strathmore, the guests were treated to a banquet supplied by Matsons in a Weeding Marquee set in the stunning grounds of Nyllavert Gardens in central Launceston. ... The Marquee was gorgeously decorated by the very talented Bek Burrows. Thanks to Ben Conrades for his incredible attention to detail, but most importantly, my awesome bride and groom - Courtney & Matthew Bellenger, and their wonderful bridal party, family and friends, for making it such a special day. 03.01.2022 I am not taking on any new clients between now and Christmas. Between Nutrition for Life, kids in Melbourne and Garys investigation with AHPRA life has been a little chaotic in my world. Despite all this I have still been doing the occasional photography shoot and just want to share some of the work I have been doing over the last few months. 02.01.2022 It isnt every day you get to meet the Federal Defence Minister; Senator The Hon. Marise Payne who was in Tasmania on an official visit to the Department of Defences Defence Science and Technology Organisation in Scottsdate with Andrew Nikolic. Defence Minister Marise Payne was here to give the go ahead for a $7.2 million investment to improve troop rations produced at the Scottsdale defence facility. The funding will go towards Microwave Assisted Thermal Sterilisation equipment, that will extend food shelf life, quality and nutrition, for troops, possible humanitarian contingencies and there may be the opportunity for future commercial ventures.

I have been photographing an article in a 1964 Examiner for a New Zealand Documentary today. Love the variety photography offers Now just need to dry out!
