19.01.2022 I don’t often write a big post but this customer and her family deserve a special mention. Lorna was 93 when I turned up to her house in February this year. One of the most important aspects of a new kitchen for Lorna and her family was to make cooking and using her kitchen a little easier. The other important point Lorna asked was whether she could keep the green tiles her late husband had laid 30 years prior. I told Lorna - I can certainly make your life easier in the kitch...en, unfortunately we can’t keep the green tiles. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Lorna and give her some ideas and solutions to make her life easier in the kitchen. Giving Lorna mainly drawers meant she didn’t have to try to get into the back of the cupboard and everything could be at her fingertips. I went back after the splash back was installed and was stoked with the colour she chose, the green is so similar to the tiles her husband had laid 30 years prior. I was so happy that not only had we been able to make her life a little easier in the kitchen, she had cleverly kept the same colour scheme her and her husband had chosen all those years ago.
