Banks should not be feared as boogie men, Banks are run by normal people and in our opinion are better than finance companies which charge more interest and costs. Just Ring The Banks direct or call us and we will do it free for you it is so simple really that's why we will offer it as a free service. We are not brokers. We do NOT charge you for any research tips before you purchase real estate, questions to ask your bank, solicitor or conveyancers. A free Community service.

19.01.2022 Hi. My readers might be interested in my next project where I will give My Views which are not advice, JUST MY VIEWS on various properties up for sale. Now I kn...ow many agents won't be too happy about me doing this but no one else will do it so I'm going to do it. Well, I technically already have started by giving my opinion on a commercial property with a bank tenant. I'm not a real estate agent, or a property adviser but I have been involved in property conveyancing, lending and buying real estate so I do have opinions which I believe are worth considering and asking your advisers and legal professionals. In the High Court on Friday, December 11, 2015, Linkhill Pty Ltd (Linkhill) was denied special leave to appeal payment orders and a penalty totalling $466,365 imposed on it by the Federal Circuit Court, for allegedly underpaying workers.... The extraordinary fact of the case though, is that the workers were actually paid more than $100,000 above their ‘Award entitlements’! It seems a conflict in case law about off-setting overpayments means that employers who pay workers as contractors above an Award on an hourly basis can be prosecuted for underpaying them and be ordered to pay further amounts to workers, as well as having to pay penalties. 06.01.2022 How Long Does It Take For A House To Burn Down? Research shows that 30 years ago, you had about 17 minutes to escape a house fire. Today it's down to three or f...our minutes. The reason: Newer homes and the furniture inside them actually burn faster. To demonstrate, Underwriters Laboratories in Chicago, started a fire in two rooms were built side by side: one a flashback to the '70s or '80s with real wood and many natural materials, and the other a modern one with a lot of synthetic fibers, from the curtains to the couch to even the coffee table. As firefighters stood by, a fire set to a sofa pillow in the modern room quickly spread across the sofa and jumped to other furniture: a lamp, an end table, a chair and coffee table. Within 3 minutes, flames were going through the roof. "The backing of your carpet is synthetic, your drapes are synthetic, the couch, the pillows are synthetic," explained John Drengenberg, consumer safety director for UL. "They burn hotter and faster than natural materials do." A similar fire set to the sofa pillow in the room simulating an older home burned for several minutes without even catching the rest of the sofa. At 15 minutes the room was still intact; it wound up taking 30 minutes for the room to burn.
