22.01.2022 Happy New Year all you fledgling habit masters! I just had to share .... I caught up yesterday with one of my wonderful coaching clients who took me through her ‘2020- established habit ‘- a daily meditative walk on the beach. Her CUE - straight after she wakes and dresses Her ROUTINE - grab a coffee at the local cafe, drive to her local beach and slowly walk, collect shells, mentally say her affirmations and set her intention for her day Her REWARD - grounding herself, ca...lming her mind, being grateful, having a steady flow of positive emotions for the rest of her day, enhancing her mindfulness This simple daily habit has changed her world. Now before you start thinking oh that’s fine, living by the sea would change my world too .... it isn’t the sea that has changed her world, it’s the DAILY DELIBERATE ACTION including gentle movement and affirmations which has changed her world! This consistency has led to automaticity and voila a habit! Every one of us can do this , beach or no beach! Would love to hear what you think!!
19.01.2022 Well, none of us ever know what is around the corner ...... Over the past week I have been approached with some exciting coaching opportunities which I have now decided to pursue! This, however, means that the kick off date for my first Fast Start Sum Sanos Group has been postponed from 29 June to 7 September 2020! My sincere apologies for this!! I have worked with Dr Cleo’s evidence through the Sum Sanos program with clients for almost 2yrs. Her evidence-based approach is outstanding - as are her teaching methods! Loving the course and can’t wait to share my deeper habit change knowledge with all with my clients.

After assisting clients in habit change interventions for almost two years, I have now deepened my neuroscience and psychology knowledge in habit change! I can help my clients embrace change on an even deeper level providing the greatest chance for long term sustainable results - all backed by science!...
