25.01.2022 Warm in the winter and cool in the summer!

25.01.2022 Last week we were called to look at a coolroom that was not working well. We had quoted to design and construct the coolroom but were overlooked. The refrigeration equipment in the coolroom was undersized when needing to keep stock cool on a 42 degree day. We got called back again to deal with water leaks inside the coolroom. There was condensation forming in the lights as the lights were not sealed correctly and water dripping through the roof of the coolroom as the seams between the panels were not sealed. If you need a coolroom and would it done right the first time give us a call.

22.01.2022 What is a coolroom? A cool store is essentially a large, insulated box with a refrigeration system and a door. Temperature will vary in different areas inside the room depending on airflow, the way produce has been loaded inside, and the amount of heat contained within that produce. 10.01.2022 Last week we were asked to look at a coolroom that was struggling to keep temperature on those hot days. Coolroom was 18 months old and we had quoted to build the coolroom but our quote was higher. What we quoted for the refrigeration would have coped with the 42 degrees - what was installed didnt. Price is not always the critical decision point. Quality and correct specifications should be the priority.
