25.01.2022 Policy Update Our kennels and cattery are still in operation with some changes below. Due to the increase of the Coronavirus we will be allowing 1 person with their pet entry into to our office at a time. This is for the safety of our staff and clients.... You will need to sanitise (sanitiser hanging on door) your hands before entry we also have another sanitiser on our counter. We have clean pens available to avoid cross contact between each other. If you have been sick please do NOT come into our office. All bookings must be made over the phone and will require a $50 non refundable deposit (which comes off the total boarding bill). New clients, or clients who have not boarded with us this year will be required to fill out check in forms prior to arrival, and email them back to us with a copy of valid vaccinations and pet health certificates where required (senior dogs). We endeavour to keep all customers as up to date as possible with the current crisis and want everyone to stay safe.
