24.01.2022 Hello all, apologies for the long time since posting, it's been all guns blazing in here. We have now taken on a new roadside assistance supplier, Club Evolution. Same deal as before, 6 months FREE roadside assistance with any minor or major service. Service and rego reminders sent out, with similar roadside assistance to NRMA, but a HECK OF A LOT CHEAPER! 24.01.2022 Hello everyone, we will be finishing up for our Christmas break 12pm this coming Friday (20th Dec 2019), and returning 8am Wednesday Jan 8th 2020. We will have our phones diverted during this down time to take bookings of course. Your call will go through to voice mail of which you can leave a message, and I will return your call on my return. 18.01.2022 Hello all, we hope everyone had a great Christmas/New Years, and weren't too affected by the incredibly devastating fires sweeping the nation, absolutely crazy and very hard to beleive. We are back to business tomorrow, albeit with a skeleton staff, but fully operational Monday the 13th. The next 3 days we will be just catching up and taking bookings, getting our head around things. 17.01.2022 Hello all, apologies it has been a long time between postings, but we can finally start putting up some info regarding whats happening here at Belmont Automotive Service Centre. With the fires at the beginning of the year, then COVID hit, 2020 has been a crazy year. We started the year strong, slowed down a bit when the virus hit, but have been extremely busy ever since. A big thank you to all our customers. As you may have been aware but we took part in the RMS Mobile Pink S...lip trial that went on for a couple of years, which proved to be very successful and very popular. Well the trial has now been rolled out on a permanent basis, meaning the service is here to stay. If you would like to know more about this service, or would like to book in, just give us a call. We also now do Blue Slip Inspections. Christmas 2020...Because we have had such a busy year, and the fact that we have decided to upgrade our driveway (cannot be driven on for 2 weeks), we have decided to close down for 3 weeks over the Christmas break. Last day 24th December, returning January 18th 2021. The phones will be diverted so you can still ring to book in for the new year. 15.01.2022 Hello Everyone, Just thought I would touch base with everyone with an update on what we are doing here at Belmont Auto's with regards to the COVID-19 Virus. At this stage we are open and trading as normal. Our hours and days are the same, phone lines are up and running, it is business as usual.... As we take the health of our staff as well as all our customers very seriously, we have had to take certain measures to ensure there is minimal chance of spreading any possible germs either from us, or within/from your vehicles. Some of these measures are.. - Entry to the office/workshop areas is now not possible. We greet customers through the office window, take bookings and enquiries over the phone, or communicate via the internet. - We disinfect car door handles, steer wheels, handbrakes, blinker/washer switches, radios, seat belts, gear levers, etc etc before and after servicing. - Disinfect keys before and after - Washing hands - Use of gloves and seat covers We wish all our customers good health, stay safe, follow all guidelines outlined by our government, we will get over this. What we'll do is drive around to your home, leave our car there (not the one in the picture) and bring your car back to the workshop for service/repairs.
