16.01.2022 Good news.......Netball NSW has received the public order exemption from the health minister, Brad Hazzard. The public health order confirms/approves our MWNA ...covid 19 plan and it requires no changes. We are good to go. The exec have met this evening as promised and have chosen to delay one week to the 25th July as our start date. 12.01.2022 WE NEED YOUR HELP We need your help filling a new position for this season. We are required to provide a COVID-19 Safety Coordinator to act as a contact between MWNA and our club. While we appreciate everyone is busy, being a small club we do require some help with this role for the season. Once we fill this role, our girls will be able to get back on court. The Committee are unable to add this role to their current workload. We are asking for 2 people to help. It would be great to have some new faces involved in the work behind the scenes that keeps our great club functioning. 11.01.2022 SPRING COMP CHAMPIONS Congratulations to our 2020 Spring Comp champions 9yrs, 10yrs and 12yrs. Special mention to the players absent for the team photo. Also congratulations to our 15yrs team who were almost champions. A one goal defeat in the last game cost them dearly. Well done to all the girls and thank you to our coaches and umpires for your weekly contribution. Enjoy the summer and we look forward to the 2021 season.

10.01.2022 IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR MEMBERS & FAMILIES Netball NSW has advised the following: * For the netball finals there is a limit of spectators where the child requires parental supervision. Current restrictions of 2 spectators per junior team apply. ... * In regard to end of season events the current NSW Health restrictions prohibit presentation days, dinner nights and social gatherings. * These restrictions are in place until the end of September. * At this stage there is no further advice available as to what restrictions will be in place post September. We have all had to find new and innovative ways of celebrating the 2020 netball season and we thank all members and families for their continued support of this. See more

06.01.2022 MWNA SPRING NIGHT COMP FOR AGES 9 TO 15 YEARS ONLY Registration is now open for MWNA Spring Night Competition. The competition will run for 6 weeks commencing Tuesday 20th October 2020. Due to court renovations the competition is limited to ages 9 to 15 years. Click below on the below link to register:

They will be collected by clubs at end of day or handed out at Monday nights MWNA meeting. * All teams to adhere to the No Presentation/end-of-season get-together ruling unless we hear otherwise from Netball NSW or NSW Health. * Arrive, Play, Leave still applies * Teams with a BYE can still organise a Friendly. * Enjoy the final round everyone and think how lucky we were to have a 2020 season!
