20.01.2022 BELROSE ROTARY CLUB report. As a past president of Belrose Rotary Club I caught up with Kerre Pearce (my aunt) who we seconded to help us distribute cash vouche...rs to those in need in what was (and to some extents still are) in distress due to drought. What suprised me was the feelings of the joy of giving it gave her. Being able to be the conduit between those who had given the vouchers through our Ian Stewart Tree of Joy program and those who needed it. Rather than just hand them out she decided to purchase some essentials with the larger vouchers to enhance the experience. You too can be an assistant in a Rotary program - we will always look to take any time given us. Being a member has all sorts of access to our programs but if you are time poor, perhaps simply offerring some time may be the answer
