25.01.2022 An insightful day at the Workplace Mental Health Symposium - presenting on Mental Health Awareness and Support. It was my pleasure to also chair the Legal / Insurance speakers. All fabulous. Well done to all. A worthwhile and enjoyable event. #workmentalhlth #symposium @Australian and New Zealand Mental Health Association Inc.

25.01.2022 My afternoon in isolation yesterday was well spent passing on concise and practical information about 'Managing Mental Health Challenges' to Yoga Australia. Presenting a zoom chat with 166 members of Yoga Australia is something I am very proud of! Key messages : It's ok to feel vulnerable, always be authentic and practice self-care now more than ever.

21.01.2022 Off to Tongala to deliver a training session today. Work travel is tiring but when you have coffee spots like this we can cope! the lovely Murray River.

20.01.2022 Passion pays off! I am very proud to be selected as a Presenter at the two day National Workplace Mental Health Symposium in Brisbane. My presentation topic of ‘Self Care, Support and Psychological Safety’ is my favourite workshop that I deliver regularly to a variety of workplaces and I am excited to share with others.

20.01.2022 Nothing better than a well respected local business enjoying a Workplace Wellbeing workshop. Thanks for having me LBW!

19.01.2022 I was thrilled to be invited by The Standard Companion to deliver a short but sharp session on ‘Self Awareness’ as part of their fabulous Teens Course. Back working with young people today inspired me to continue to pass on the message of the importance of emotional self-care to people of all ages. Thanks for having me!

19.01.2022 World Suicide Awareness Day September 10th Check in on those around you Make the conversation genuine An emotional day for so many

19.01.2022 After facilitating another Workplace Mental Health Awareness and Support training session, this is my thought for the day. Do you spend just as much time ‘on’ your workplace as you do working ‘in’ it?

17.01.2022 Thanks to the Australian Government - Public Service Commission for producing such a concise and helpful 'Mental Health Monitoring' resource. Things are going to change regularly with our community response to the virus. Please be mindful of your own emotional response. Any emotion is ok but recognise what it is. Seek help if you need to. Stay safe.

16.01.2022 The signs aren’t always obvious. Trust your gut and check in on others.

16.01.2022 It was my absolute pleasure to present a ‘Workplace Wellbeing and Mental Health Awareness’ session to a number of farmers from across Australia working towards their Dairy Australia HR Diploma. The topics we discussed were emotional but the passion and togetherness of the Dairy Australia community really resonated with me. Congratulations to all!

14.01.2022 Did you know there are research based ‘work factors’ that can impact your wellbeing? Role Clarity is one big one....do you know what your ‘actual’ job is? Touching on these topics and more in the Mental Health and Wellbeing sessions delivered at 6 different workplaces this week

12.01.2022 A lovely way to finish off the week with such great feedback. Thanks to the wonderful work teams at Harwood Andrews for participating. Happy Friday!

12.01.2022 A road trip of presentations today. Breakfast at Cleanaway Head Office (St Kilda Rd) and lunch at Sanctuary Lakes Resort (Point Cook). Two organisations that are doing the best they can to support R U Ok? Day. We are all stronger together.

10.01.2022 When you spend your day presenting a Workplace Mental Health Essentials Training session and combine that with Raph the therapy dog....everyone is a winner! Well done to all the employees of Outside The Box Education on the hard work you do for our Geelong community.

09.01.2022 My one hour ‘Snap Shot on Self Care’ workplace presentation has a simple philosophy. Fill your bucket : it’s not a matter of ‘if’ you will be faced with challenging times it’s ‘when’!

09.01.2022 Mental Health Awareness is all about...Education and advocacy! Mental Health First Aid courses teach people the skills to feel confident about what to do when they are concerned that someone they care about may have a mental health problem. Over 800,000 people across Australia have now been trained in Mental Health First Aid and this #MentalHealthWeek we are calling on individuals all over the country to learn the skills, become a Mental Health First Aider and #BeoneoftheMill...ion Let me know if you would like to be trained...it’s one of the training options of ‘Be More Mindful’.

05.01.2022 Never underestimate the importance of a smile. This week my training session was within the inner sanctum of one of Australia’s largest financial institutions. A busy place with busy people. On arrival the young event management trainee welcomed me with the most friendly smile I have ever seen! My day was fabulous but it began in a fabulous way with that simple yet ever so warm smile (she is a credit to her workplace!) #workplacecivility
