22.01.2022 If Christmas celebrations have left your children out of routine (not in a good way) then it’s time to put in some effort to sort things out. Start by eliminating sleep ins and follow their tired cues during the day. Remember they actually settle and sleep easier when not overtired W And pop across and check out my new Facebook (and Instagram) page BendigoBabySleep - Wendy Lauder Supporting Families.... At this stage both pages will be running as Carolyn and I have loved this space - I just needed a base to link my home visiting service . See more

10.01.2022 Up until 6 months we should expect to to wake and feed babies overnight but if after 6 months the night wakes for feeds are becoming more frequent then it is likely that they are being used by your baby as a way to return to sleep, when they come up to their light sleep/ wake part of their sleep cycle. Helping them to go back to sleep without feeding will prevent this from escalating. For some people just realising this may enable you to make the changes, others may need a hand to do this. Remember if you haven’t already head across to my new page BendigoBabySleep W
