14.01.2022 Hi all , we have restarted classes on Tuesday 7th & are running through the holiday time . We have just started an Irish dance ,Heave away that is fun to do plus an easier dance we can do without thinking too much . Happy & healthy new year to you all .

13.01.2022 Hi all , we have just started a new dance on Tuesday evening , easy to pick up & fun to do . If you have any friends that would like to come along to try the class I can adapt the class to suit them until they pick up some favourites. Xx

12.01.2022 Hi all my beautiful ladies , just to let you all know classes will stop from now because of the coronavirus . With us all having family members that have to keep working & grandchildren/ elderly parents we need to be so careful. I know I ll miss your company & friendship but hopefully if we all do the right thing it will be over quicker . I’m sending my love to you all & hope you all keep safe & healthy. I ll be in touch when it’s safe to restart. Xx
