25.01.2022 Hi everyone, I have posted new hours for the tax season. Please call or message during office hours. 9am until 5.30pm, please dont be ringing after hours as my phone is off. Please dont annoy Suzie by trying to ring or message her after hours as she needs time to wind down also( she runs 2 businesses and helps me this time of the year) Appointments can be arranged after hours, I can come to you( within a 50klm radius) or you can come to me 7 days a week. If you send by post or email, please be patient waiting for your returns to be done because I have shitloads of work waiting for me First in gets their stuff done first, yours will be in the queue and its a long queue at the moment. 25.01.2022 Its that mad flat out time of the year for me busy doing tax returns and bass, as some of you may know, I had a bit of a health scare a few weeks ago and under doctors orders I wont be travelling to see clients. Many clients are emailing or sending their work up to me, some are even having a day out and coming up to Raywood to get their tax done.Please note, first in gets their returns done first, if you are late sending me last years stuff, its in the queue, when the mail... comes in,it is put in piles in order of arrival, when you send me your work, it doesnt get done in a day or two, depending on how much mail I receive ( which is a lot this time of the year) it could be a week before I even get to open the envelope, also if I dont answer your txt message, I apologise in advance, but when there is 150 plus txt messages, I havent got time to read them all, same goes for emails. I refuse to answer the phone when I have a client with me as I regard it as bad manners, so if I dont answer your call, more than likely that is the why. Thank You for your patience. See more

If in doubt, ring the ATO directly but dont contact the ATO via a link that may have been sent to you. 20.01.2022 Welcome to the silly season of tax time, already l am inundated via post, email and phone and clients visiting the office here. Please be patient and understanding as I attend each return in order of receiving and there is no queue jumping. If you are concerned that I may not have received your info, please just send me a text or message me here and I will reply back as soon as I get a moment to spare. Up until today I had 1000 emails, no exaggeration. Business this time of the year is usually mad crazy for the first 8 weeks and then starts to calm down. 14.01.2022 Hi again everyone, this is Suzanne. Just wanted to say thank you for phone calls, messages and well wishes. I have been inundated. The update on Neil is as follows. The operation went well, what should have been 1 to 1 1/2 hrs ended up 2 1/2 hrs. Neils gallbladder was perforated and had leaked very vile sludge into his stomach, his gallbladder was gangrenous and the surgeon said he is a very lucky man to still be here with us. He will be spending several more days in hospital on a high dosage of antibiotics. Neil will be out of action, how long for? I dont know, but his health and wellbeing is priority over his work at this stage, so please allow him time to recover. Im sure he would love to receive some messages from you all.

Then call the ATO on 1800 008 540 to verify that the caller is from the ATO. Do not ring any number other than the one below.
