19.01.2022 Ok so it does say physios, But they make a great point worth sharing! If you are going to get back into sports after a break, especially high impact, please ease into it! In particular those footy, netball and gym junkies take it easy and remember Osteopaths regularly assist with sport injuries.

18.01.2022 Our Osteopaths and Massage therapists are back for 2021. We are very grateful to be going stronger than ever even after 2020 and thank all our patients. We are treating over 220 patients per week....and working hard to keep up with the demand.... We are looking forward to seeing past and new patients at the clinic and assisting with their pain again and we will continue to implement our Covid Safe Plan.

17.01.2022 We love treating kids and teenagers at Bendigo Osteo. Their young bodies undergo lots of stress and strain....most commonly due to poor postural habits, but also sports injury, rapid growth, childhood accidents or birth trauma. So when would you take your kids to see an Osteopath? If you noticed problems with their gait (walking) they have poor posture, they complain of pain in their joints or muscles, constant headaches, you notice they are not moving with ease, they not re...covering after a sport injury or they commonly trying to stretch, rub or crack parts of their body to get relief. If you have questions about kids and osteopathy give us a call or send us a email - happy to chat. #bendigoosteo #bendigoosteopath #osteopathkids #bendigokids #kidshealth #childrenshealth #osteopath

09.01.2022 Did you know Chronic Pain has multiple long-term impacts on your health. Research suggests it has a negative effect on your sleep, cognitive functioning, mental health, cardiovascular health, sexual function and overall quality of life.* This week is National Pain Week and the advise from us at Bendigo Osteo is to listen to your body and seek early intervention - as this is important to reduce the impact of chronic pain on, well, your whole life. If your pain is muscular s...keletal related we are here to help. Our clinical experience is that the sooner you seek help for pain the better your outcomes are long-term. Please share us with a friend or family member who needs help with their pain. *Fine. P.G. 2011. 09.01.2022 A question we regularly get asked at Bendigo Osteo is what's the difference between physiotherapy, chiropractor and osteopathy. Obviously we are bias towards osteopathy!! But finding the right practitioner is very important and its a helpful article to answer the question.
