22.01.2022 Some PB’s today Have been focusing on blocks the past 3 weeks and it’s paying off nicely! 120 snatch 140 clean and jerk which off blocks equals a 260 total

18.01.2022 150x8! Camera cut out before my last rep though.. none the less; massive PB! I think maybe 40kg (Just for normal set of 8 squats, not including pause or any other variant)
15.01.2022 Pb snatch at 112! Finally after attempting it 3 times before today, I got it Waves went 94x2, 100x1, 105x1, 112x1, 94x2, 100x1, 105x1, 100x1. (Also this is the most amount of snatches I’ve done in one session ever ) And then a nice easy 120x2 clean and jerk. Felt nice, definitely more on the tank Three top sets at 118x2, 119x2 and 120x2... 14.01.2022 Some stage snatch doubles up to 85 for a few sets, but decided to up the notch and do 90.. baring in mind all these sets are above my single.. now to 100 for a double because I’m brave? Maybe stupid? Anyway, this is the 100
13.01.2022 Really fun session this morning! Some dissatisfaction in my lifting, but not so much in other areas. Snatch 109 which felt really nice. Had 3 cracks at 112 but weren’t quite there..... Probably the most disappointing were my cleans I have some pain in my ankle area (not my ankle) so i stopped 130. Jerks were good! Hit a huge Pb of 143 which is finally above my clean and jerk after 4 years And 0.5kg Pb on bench press

09.01.2022 @awfcomau online competition tonight @9pm.. I wasn’t sure whether to compete or not, but I just thought what the heck.. it’s just gonna be fun My body was aching and my legs were as stiff as a board from Friday’s max out squats, saturdays max out powers from blocks and Sunday’s heavy squats and pulls yet still went pretty well Competition PB if 111kg snatch... And a 132kg clean and jerk (belt less and sleeveless PB ) So thankful for my coach Leo and his son Alex for helping me out tonight! No way I could have done this without either of them!

06.01.2022 135x8 with the first rep paused Unbelievable... 2 weeks ago I did my first ever set of heavy 8 at 120... really struggled.. following week 123, pushed a bit more and did 10 reps, today, on a burnt out sore body I did a 12kg Pb.. imagine trying this on a day I wasn’t this sore

01.01.2022 I really had an awesome past 3 days. 6 singles at 83 snatch (didn’t video) 6 singles at 105 clean and jerk 2 singles at 120 & 125 jerk And of course some decent squats at 155 & 160.... Haven’t gone that heavy for about a month, so it’s nice to see I can still squat @arpomponio @juggernauttraining
