The Open came down to the top 11 dogs going in to the final from a total of 218 dogs from first round, 22 to the second round. Casino competitor Ben Gould and his dog riverside Jake came out on top with a total score of 287 points, with just two points separating first to fifth. Novice trial was won by young Brushgrove competitor Ethan Davis and his dog Jess with a score of 18...8 over two rounds. At just sixteen years of age this is a great achievement.
