25.01.2022 News just in the WA State Government has released a $20 000 Building Bonus Grant along side the Federal Government’s announcement a few days ago. This bonus is not means tested and has no cap on property value. This grant is available until December 31, 2020. For some of you who qualify for the federal grant along with the State grant that is $45 000 to put towards your new home. First home owners are eligible for even more, if you’ve been thinking about building, take advantage of our design and construct service and let’s get your dream home underway.

06.01.2022 25K Federal Grant // HomeBuilder Program. This is fantastic news for every builder out there and will be a huge assistance to so many people who are building or renovating but conditions do apply. The Federal Government will give eligible Australians $25,000 to build or substantially renovate their homes for contracts signed after June 4.... The grants will be means-tested to exclude couples making more than $200,000 per year and individuals making more than $125,000 per year, while limits will also be placed on the value of the property the grants go towards. New builds will be capped at $750,000, while renovations can cost anywhere between $150,000 and $750,000, but will only be subsidised if the house being altered is valued at less than $1.5 million. The scheme will not apply to investment properties or owners who intend on building or renovating on their own without the help of builders.
