19.01.2022 Always pleasing to see weaned animals continue to grow and not go back with weaning. This guy Benview Rick the Rock R2 was weaned 4 weeks ago and within 4 days of being weaned he was out in the paddock. We have tried various types of weaning but can definitely see the results using @beachportliquidminerals green cap at weaning.

This little girl is by our sire Benview Padrino P4. We already a few calves on the ground by him which are impressing us we can’t wait for the rest of them to calve. 02.01.2022 Well that’s another year finished. And what a year you have been, plenty of lows but also some great highs. Highlight of the year is definitely Benview Bella topping the female section of The Top of The Range Sale with all funds going to the Murray Grey Youth. Other notable highs, placing in some online comps, our first bull sales and sending some females to the east for an UK embryo project. Looking forward to 2021 with calving set to start in March with some exciting AI sires, Rouchelle King of Hearts, Southend Narssist, Mount Major Monaro, Jomal Glen Bolsenbroek and Yamba Bonanza. Thank you to all of our followers, people that helped me out and all our clients in 2020.

I entered 4 animals into the Echuca & Moama & Districts Agricultural show Online Cattle competition. Thank you so much to the organisers. Absolutely thrilled with the results even if they weren’t 1st. Benview Quoll, class A1, Bulls aged 6mths - 18mths. There was 10 entries and he finished 4th. Quoll is sired by Monterey Mainland M120 Benview Quinzano, class A2, Bulls aged 19mths ov...er. There was 15 entries and he finished 5th. Quinzano is sired by Nangara Luigi L44 Benview Melanie R6, class B1, females aged 6mths - 18mths. There was 18 entries and she finished 3rd. Benview Melanie R6 is sired by Tullibardine Jeopardy Benview Melanie Q5, class A2, female over 19mths. There was 21 entries and she unfortunately didn’t make the top 6 in a very strong class but we still love her.
