The TGA are wanting to regulate health and sports supplements (pre-workouts, sports drinks, protein powders etc) like they do medicine. While we agree with making the industry even safer, unfortunately we fear this movement is going to do the opposite and we just want more time to discuss this with the TGA - that’s all the industry is asking for! . What does this mean for you? Up to 70,000 products could be taken off the market while regulators re-assess products, a process that could take years. In the meantime your local supplement retailers and brands will likely have to close its doors and consumers will be forced to turn to unregulated products offshore instead. This is just some of our team who have gotten behind this campaign to save our jobs! . Safety and quality always comes first and the supplement industry in Australia is already highly regulated. 20.01.2022 Sunday morning pancakes . -40 grams grain free flour blend ( The Gluten Free Food Company) - 1 scoop @atpscience Vanilla Noway ... - 100 ml Almond milk. ( mix above ingredients and fry immediately in coconut oil. The mixture is thick so needs to b spread out on hit plate to cook) -1/2 punnet each of strawberries and blueberries ( fry in coconut oil) - juice of 1/2 mandarin - 1 tsp chia seeds Mix last 2 ingredients into fried berries and put on top of cooked pancake. Serves 1 . .

My body had been feeling like it needed a break from grains lately so I’ve listened and removed them for a little bit. .... Listening to what your body tells you is so important. It’s always telling you what agreed with it and what doesn’t. When you continue putting things that it doesn’t like it will give you gentle warnings. 12.01.2022 Self love is a phrase that gets thrown around a lot. I personally prefer the term self care I think there’s a balance between self care and actually just being selfish. To me self care means looking after myself so I can be the best wife, mother, person that I can be. If we are giving to others all the time and not keeping a little of us for us what’s left . Pretty much nothing. .... I’ve had plenty of those moments that I have given to the point of breaking and ended out a sobbing heap on the ground feeling totally empty on so many levels. Not a nice feeling! . So for me I have to put limits in place thats how I practice def care. For everyone it’s different but this is what my self care looks like. 1. Some form of movement daily. 2. Time alone before everyone else is up in the morning. 3. Eating good nourishing whole foods 4. Under committing 5. limiting caffeine and alcohol 6. Taken some form of white space/out time alone eg laying in the sun, reading, walking, sometimes just sitting down with a cuppa.

12.01.2022 I do love the taste of bread but grains don’t love me. I think if you can tolerate them that’s great but don’t go nuts and eat organic. Grains are one of the most heavily sprayed foods & consuming loads of them can cause gut issues. I personally choose not to eat them simply because I end out feeling rather bloated, lethargic & nauseous whenever I have them. . . so I find and make alternatives I can enjoy like this Paleo Bun. I feel nourished & energised after having t...his sort of good food. This is Intuitive eating to me it’s about listening to how your body feels after eating. If you feel awful after it doesn’t make sense to me to eat that food. Sometimes the after affects of eating something processed can last for days. I want to feel healthy, nourished and energised as much as possible. . . It’s about choices and eating good nourishing foods YOU and YOUR body. Everyone is so unique and that’s what I’m about. Gut healing and finding what works for you and makes you feel alive.

08.01.2022 Paleo Donut Recipe in the process a little more tweaking but so good! . I love donuts but the gluten and refined sugar does not love me. I end out with the worst gut pains, fatigue, watery eyes, headaches & bloating just to name a few symptoms from gluten and refined sugars. Not to mention they contain virtually no nutritional value at all. But every now and then I would like to eat a version of donuts that doesn’t cause me pain. ....
