17.01.2022 9 months later...A lot has changed in the Be Seen Collective world! It was quite an eventful first year for my little business. The first month was a whirlwind, where 'the plan' went out of the window and everything changed rapidly! There was the excitement of making my side hustle official, giving it a name and telling the world...then I found out I was expecting a baby and a matter of weeks later, I was also promoted to a leadership position with my other role. I always li...ked a challenge and this year has been just that! And here we are...I managed 12 weeks of maternity leave before wanting to take on a project and keep the creative juices flowing. I've started working with a great parent and kids focused brand and also am doing some pro-bono work for a local community NFP. This time is so precious whilst I get to know my lovely little boy, Arthur, and we get used to our very different life. I must say though, by taking on these projects, I'm also enjoying staying in touch with 'me' too. I'd love to hear from other Mums, Dads and Caregivers on how you fit jobs, leadership, business building and entrepreneurship together with family life successfully? B x #sleepdeprivationfilter
