15.01.2022 I had a great time at the Narellan Chamber February dinner last night! It was a jam-packed meeting We heard from local businesses, a representative from the RFS and the Hon. Stuart Ayres MP. So much info...and of course a little networking Working from home means I need to get out and about to meet new people, and the local chambers have always been a great option for me as a small business owner! I highly recommend you check out your local chamber groups if you are looking to network in the community and grow your business

11.01.2022 What does a Virtual Assistant do? . I get asked this question a lot...Sometimes it's easier to list the things I don't do But, I thought I'd give you a brief outline anyway . My specialty is helping businesses prepare for and gain their Quality Management System (ISO 9001) certification. I have worked with a few businesses so far and found I really enjoy this work knowing how much having certifications like this can help a business to grow!... . I also provide a lot of back-office administrative support. I help small businesses and sole traders run their business to give them back some time and concentrate on what they do best! . I tailor my services to the business needs but some examples of the support I provide are: - Email Management - Diary Management - CRM database management - Invoicing - Some financial reporting/ accounts receivable (note: I am not an accountant and hold no certifications in accounting) - Marketing (social media management/ letter campaigns etc) - Creating/ editing/ maintaining or updating Word, Excel, Powerpoint documents/ templates/ reports etc . When I start working with a new client, I first like to meet with them to gain an understanding of their business, how they work and what I can take off their plate. .
