I had an issue with the weight plates not showing up with the frame but after contacting Best Fitness they dispatched the plates straight away. The item was a bit frustrating to put together at times due to the instructions and items not being labelled as well as they could be bit once you get the hang of it, it really does come together quickly. Set up was a little fiddly, but to be expected for a complex machine. I must say the instructions and part labeling were fantastic - so don't be daunted by the prospect of self assembly.... Love the finished product - smooth movements and easy adjustments. The weight stacks are easily enough - if you use individual stacks for each arm, your pull downs and chest presses will be plenty heavy. I found it easy to put together, though I'm quite handy. If you are into fitness already, I'd recommend extra weight plates. Our experience from start to finish was 5 star quality.. First the delivery. We ordered ours on a Tuesday afternoon & were shocked to see it arrive by lunchtime Wednesday. There were 6 boxes in total and all equipment arrived in perfect condition. Secondly, the dreaded assembly of the machine. I give the... manual a 6/10 but between it & the 16 minute video on YouTube, it made the process a lot easier than expected. We had a small hiccup half way through & decided to email Best Fitness. Being a Saturday we weren’t expecting a reply until Monday. We were surprised to get an answer within half an hour and we were on our way again. By Saturday afternoon, our BFFT was up and going. Finally, the product. Two weeks in and we’re stoked with our purchase. Our BFFT10R is small, compact, quiet and functions perfectly. If you twisted my arm & forced me to pick a negative, I’d say that the assembly manual is a little confusing. I’d say I would’ve been in a little trouble if I didn’t have the YouTube video to refer to when I got stuck. Overall, the service of Best Fitness & the product quality was way beyond our expectations. We wish all our purchases were as smooth and satisfying as this one.
