04.01.2022 On the Sunday arvo session at Best of Adelaide Brewers Festival - BOAB Matt, The Craft Beer King will be brewing a beer live on stage throughout the day. He will start right at the beginning by getting the water to the right temperature, pouring in the grains, mashing (which is the process where the sugars are extracted), sparging (rinsing the grains) and boiling (where the bittering and flavouring hops are added). Event goers can assist throughout the day, by either pouring in the grains, throwing in some hops or stirring the mash. The delicious aroma of toffee style malts and tropical hops will float all through Harts Mill making everyone want a beer!

04.01.2022 During the Saturday afternoon session Matt, The Craft Beer King will be running a grain and hops masterclass at the Best of Adelaide Brewers Festival - BOAB. He will run through a wide range of grain types, explaining what flavours they impart on the beer. Drinkers can chew on the grains as he talks. He will also talk hops and the difference between the noble hops and the new world hops and the earthy, spicy hops versus floral and tropical hops. Drinkers will be able to sniff the hops to see what they think.

There are 26 brewers Friday night and a great lineup of Live music: Johnny Siegel 6-8:30pm Dylan Smith Music 8:30-10pm Cosmo Thundercat 10-11pm - Craft Beers galore, gin, cider, kombucha, espresso martinis, wine, bubbles - a great night out in Port Adelaide!
