21.01.2022 ***Stock Update*** We've had a very busy week - thank you all so much for your orders. We really appreciate your support. We've had plenty of stock arriving into the shop this week which has been a big relief. ***Wicks*** YES! Did you hear the champagne cork popping? They've finally arrived and we've spent the last couple of days and nights bagging them up. So they are all available to order, and we have plenty. ***Wax***... Our wax has been flying out the door. I don't know if there is still a shortage across Australia, but we've been having to restock it from the warehouse just about every night. We're now out of a few types and we've had to now put limits on what customers can buy. Our next container should be here in 2 weeks, so we're trying to hang in there with what little wax we do have left. You can find what wax is available and quantities on our website. ***Fragrances*** We've had plenty of new fragrances hitting the shelves the last week, and then just as quickly leaving the shelves. As with all scents, at the moment, we don't know when we will be able to get them back in. Lemongrass & Lime arrived after a 3 month wait, but we only received a third of what we ordered. I have contacted the supplier and there is still a lengthy wait for the rest. We currently just have up to 100ml bottles of it still in stock. But the good news is that we are due to receive a small amount of caramel vanilla , mango sorbet, sugar plum and plenty of our No 1 seller - coconut and key lime this week. We will contact everybody on our wait list for these fragrances. We received a large order of Christmas Pudding this week along with some Rainbow Sherbet and French Vanilla Bourbon. The week after next we have our large order of Japanese Honeysuckle arriving - there should be plenty for everybody. So at least we have some good news on fragrances and wicks. then we'll have plenty of wax, wax melters, and some jars arriving in a couple of weeks. At the start of October we will have plenty of Christmas jars arriving along with some old favourites. As always, thank you so much for your patience. Ask away on here if have any stock queries.

16.01.2022 We're being inundated with phone calls, emails and FB enquiries about whether we have certain fragrances and wicks in stock. As we've advised, unfortunately we aren't being told when anything is arriving from any suppliers for fragrances. It's really frustrating for all of us. I've spent quite a bit of time on the phone today trying to chase up orders that we've been waiting on for so long, and I'm still no closer to any answers. I'm not receiving any replies to my emails as ...the suppliers can't give me any answers. Our wicks are finally due to land from the US in a couple of weeks, and then it depends how quickly they're released from Customs. We'll keep you up to date as best we can, but we aren't being told anything either despite having paid out over $50,000 for fragrances. Sorry everybody.

13.01.2022 ***Stock Update*** What a weird year it is. Who would have thought that we'd be struggling to source fragrances and wicks. Now with price hikes from some suppliers and a lack of fragrance availability from everywhere, customers are having to rethink their strategies. We are feeling for you all! At least it's a chance to refresh your ranges and re-plan. ***Wicks - our container has landed in Brisbane, and now we have to wait (very impatiently) for it to be unloaded. We have ev...erything crossed that this will happen sometime soon, but apparently with CoVid even unloading is delayed. For everybody wanting to put their names down for wicks, you don't need to worry - we have around 10,000-40,000 of each size coming in, so you won't miss out. Our next container of wicks has already left the US, so they will arrive in a couple of months. We have got plenty of wood wicks and ribbon wicks in stock which are extremely popular. *** Wax - last week I posted that we had plenty of wax...that was before I learnt that we were one of the few places in Australia with wax supplies, so we have been smashed and had to do warehouses runs every night to keep it in stock in the shop. This means that we will probably run out of wax before the next container arrives mid September. We've now run out of A27 - but LCS have just received a shipment in. Our supplies of 15kg S100 Pure Soy and S16 Deluxe are still pretty good. ***Fragrances - supply is still very slow. Today we received Rainbow Sherbet back in stock.This week we are hoping to receive Lavender Fields and French Vanilla Bourbon. We've managed to order 100kg of our very popular Christmas Pudding that we had in last Christmas, which is also due to be made this week. We have been promised that Lemongrass & Lime will sent this week (but we have been promised this since early June). We also have some great new fragrances arriving this week: Hey Honey, Appleberry, Baby Powder, & Coconut Vanilla (I'm in love with this one). I haven't had a response from our perfumer regarding when we can expect any more of the popular Caramel Vanilla, Japanese honeysuckle or Coconut & Key Lime.We also have a great range of Christmas fragrances on order, but have no eta for them. ***Wax Melters - are due to arrive in the next container - mid September. We have many people putting their names down for these. I haven't seen them yet, but I'm very excited to see how great they are! ***Jars - the very popular leopard, dalmation and cheetahs jars are coming back into stock in mid September with our next container. We also have so many amazing Christmas design jars that the very clever Michael from LCS has designed and we can't wait to see them. They're due early October - there have been delays in manufacturing with Covid and social distancing over in China. That's all I can think of for now. 11.01.2022 ***Stock update*** We are still being inundated with phone calls and emails asking why we don't have stock, particularly fragrances and people are asking when they will be in. ***Fragrances: There is still a lack of fragrances and no response from the perfumers. I've been trying to place an order for Christmas fragrances for the last month and still haven't even been given a price to place the order. I'm doubtful now that we will even have a Christmas range of scents this yea...r. I've spent an ungodly amount of money on fragrances upfront, and they still just keep dribbling in, and are sold out in 1-2 days. Customers keep asking about when particular fragrances will be in, and we can only say that we have no idea as we aren't being told anything - sorry that I can't give you better news. This week, so far, we are expecting: Passionfruit & PawPaw, Choc Mint, Leaves, Appleberry (new), Baby Powder (new), Burst Bee (new) and Champagne & Strawberry (new). ***Wax: We have plenty of wax, except for 5kg A27. We have another container of wax arriving around 14th September and then another in October. So we will be well stocked with all our waxes through Christmas. ***Jars We have quite a lot of jars, but production is slow in China, so some (especially Christmas jars) have been delayed and won't arrive until sometime in October. However, we are so excited that the Cheetah, Dalmation and Leopard jars will be in with the container due mid September. ***General Products Aluminium jugs will be back in stock this week. Our long awaited wax melters are in with the container due mid September and many of these are pre-reserved. Floral car diffusers should be in by the end of August. ***Wicks I know it's taken forever, but our wick order is due in this week. I have also placed another order so that we don't run out over Christmas. As always, if you have any queries about any products, please ask on here, but we are unable to tell you about any fragrances - sorry!

02.01.2022 It's a sad day when I have to post this and I think Covid has bought out the best and worst in people, but this week feels like it has bought out the worst. As we are running low on wax and had to put limits on how much we sell to customers, to be fair to everybody, some customers aren't liking this. I'm getting fed up with customers threatening, yelling at and belittling my staff when they can't buy as much wax as they want. We would all love to just have a limitless supply of wax, but we don't and we would appreciate if people can understand that we are all trying the best that we can. My staff don't need to cop this sort of abuse and stress. It's horrible for us to have to write this post and we have so many lovely customers and we really appreciate you right now.

Free cuddles when you come into the shop once he arrives. ***Stock Update: ***Wax: As with everything in the current climate, our next container has been delayed, but arrives into Brisbane this Sunday. We're hoping it will be released from Customs sometime next week and then we'll be back in business with wax. Many customers have preordered wax on our website, but w...e have a 40 foot container with plenty of wax in it, so you don't need to worry about missing out. Sorry that we ran out of just about every wax - but we'll have plenty next week. Wax on, wax off! ***Fragrances: We've received quite a few fragrances in the last week and some exciting new scents: Mango Sorbet, Musk Stick,and Japanese Honeysuckle are all back on the shelf. Just like with the Caramel Vanilla, our supplier has only given us a small portion of what we've ordered, and the larger bottles were already pre-sold - so we only have 100ml and below sizes on the shelf. Also of what is typical of this supplier, even though I've spent tens of thousands of dollars with them, is that they don't bother to reply to any emails letting me know when the next order of these fragrances will be delivered. So I'm very sorry, but we have no idea when we'll be receiving any more Japanese Honeysuckle or Caramel Vanilla - but we have 100kg of each ordered from many months ago. New fragrances that have just arrived are (new formula) Champagne and Berries and Dancing Sugar Plums (this is an amazing scent and a must for your Christmas range.) Scents that are due to arrive back in next week: One Million, Bergamot & Vetiver, Loving Spell, Sea Salt, Lychee Guava, Rose Couture, Watermelon, & Black Raspberry Vanilla. These have been promised, but the suppliers do let us down - so fingers crossed they arrive. I also have a great new perfumer that I've ordered some new scents with, so I'll update you on what they are when they arrive. ***Other items We now have Christmas tins and stickers on the website. Wax Melters are due in the container next week and we have a lot of pre-orders for them. Cheetah, Dalmation and Leopard jars are due in next week with the container. these jars have been hugely popular and we're excited to have them back on the shelf. We ordered a huge range of Christmas jars but with CoVid there have been long delays.
