13.01.2022 The Ultimate Gut Health Protocol First we must have a healthy mouth free from toxic Root canals and mercury amalgam fillings. Remove inflammatory foods from the diet... These include Processed foods, Wheat and most grains, Inorganic produce and Reduce or Eliminate meat Especially red meats and dairy for 2-4 months. Eliminate any foods that you do not do well with for a few months. This will help reduce inflammation and allow the healing process to begin. It also supports a more favorable response when re-introducing previously problematic/allergenic foods. Drink a warm glass of water with the Juice of half a lemon and or 2 teaspoons of Apple Cider Vinegar with a little honey and stir - Drink on rising and prior to sleeping. Start the Bowel Restore Protocol. Always taken on an empty stomach, 10 - 20 mins prior to breakfast and/or dinner. Place water in a shaker bottle or similar with a minimum of 300 - 350mls of water, then powder on top, and shake vigorously for 5 - 10 seconds - drink down immediately. Probiotics and enzymes are taken 30 mins prior or 20 mins after taking Bowel Restore. DAY 1 One scoop of Bowel Restore prior to breakfast. DAYS 2-7 Two scoops of Bowel Restore for the next 6 days prior to breakfast. WEEK 2 Two scoops of Bowel Restore twice daily before meals WEEK 3 Two scoops of Bowel Restore prior to breakfast and 1 or 2 prior to dinner. Two Floracor GI capsules 2 x day on an empty stomach until finished. Three Excelzyme Capsules 2 x a day on an empty stomach with Floracor until finished. This can be done 20-30 mins after Bowel Restore and always before meals. Its best to avoid food for around 20-30 mins after taking enzymes. See more
