03.01.2022 1. Meatballs For meatballs combine 500g Bethonga mince with 1 cup breadcrumbs, 2tbsp tomato paste, 1 finely chopped onion, 2 cloves crushed garlic, 2 whisked eggs, 1tsp Worcestershire sauce, and 1tsp dried herbs. Mix well and roll into meatballs. Sear meatballs over high heat then toss through a pre-made tomato sauce and cook for 5 10 minutes. Serve with spaghetti. Makes 20.
