18.01.2022 Interestingly puzzles give us an opportunity to practice mindfulness in the process and then non attachment when we break it all up again. Wonderful lessons. I enjoyed doing this one . Took me a while but I really enjoyed the process

17.01.2022 Thinking of everyone in these challenging times . Just remember the fear you may be experiencing is usually worse than the thing itself . Try to stay in the present moment , take deep breaths and focus on the positive things . With the corona virus scare we get to stay home more , shop locally and spend more time with loved ones . It enables us to take stock of what’s important and to be more community spirited . It gives the earth and all of us a breather. Keep your immun...e system strong . Eat well, rest and stress less . Supplements are important . Vitamin C . Antioxidants, Zinc and Magnesium. Above all know that this too shall pass. 17.01.2022 It is really important that we notice our words . They affect the energy around us and our own vibration. It is easy to get sucked in to negative habits. Be an uplifting force for change. Try reframing negative to positive and think of at least three things to be grateful for everyday .
