24.01.2022 While I havent felt too much fear lately, today was a huge day of feeling loss. This realisation of the Loss of normality, routine, relationships and financial security for literally everyone was overwhelming today. Today I felt myself mourning the loss of hugging my friends hello and goodbye, hugging elderly parents and just the loss of human contact on a regular basis. Im a hugger and a toucher- its my love language, Ive felt the arms, hands, backs and knees of hundreds... of people as Ive given them a supportive squeeze over the years. I feel like Im loosing love, and without love whats the point? So many are having to find a new normal working from home or not working at all as jobs disappear for some unknown period of time, it feels like we are loosing control of our own destiny, and thats so huge. And over the coming weeks relationships will be tested, with partners, children and most of all ourselves. With nothing to distract us how will we navigate what weve spent our lives running from? I dont have any answers but I want you to know, that if you are feeling sad, wrap your arms across your chest and squeeze really tight. We are all in this together even if we are apart and if I could, Id hug you until your tears stop flowing, let you blow your nose, and then hug you again to let you know, somehow, one day, it will all be ok. 23.01.2022 Did you know that many things have a metaphysical meaning? This refers to more of the energy of an object rather than what we can perhaps just observe. So dreaming of a snake may be scary but metaphysically it relates to change and transformation. I find it really interesting when I notice an animal or plant or even a number keeps showing up repeatedly, to google its metaphysical meaning and more often than not it directly relates to something going on in my life. 23.01.2022 The Corona Virus an attack on personal Sovereignty Corona means crown in Spanish. The fear, anxiety, greed and panic surrounding this situation can have a hug...e negative impact on your crown chakra (ability to process this information and connect to your Higher Self), energy field and sovereignty. Yes we need to be sensible and take precautions, but we also cant let this virus infect our energetic kingdom. As a sovereign, you are in charge of your own kingdom, your body and your energy field. It is up to you to manage your kingdom effectively so that it is in balance. Every person in balance right now contributes greatly to the current state of chaos in the field. There are a lot of conspiracy theories, agendas and reasons about why this is happening, but all that matters right now is your sovereign reaction. Will you allow fear to take over your kingdom or will you deal with it sensibly by processing it, gently acknowledging and witnessing it, returning the collective fear back to the collective, and then taking precautionary methods that resonate with you (diet, exercise, energy training, meditation, prayer, solitude). The same goes for greed, if you hoard products, you allow greed to enter your kingdom. It is imperative we take only what we need so that everyone can have enough, there is more than enough if we just share. Monitor your kingdom like a true sovereign, do not let the viruses infect your crown chakra, be conscious of what is trying to enter, set boundaries and stay grounded. The energetics have been dense, lots of internal tests pushing us to our... own edges, as the full Moon purge portal has stuck to us like glue! 23.01.2022 Do you want to learn about the Medicine Wheel? At the start of September I will be running an online course over 3 weeks. It will be 2hours on a Thursday night, and all sessions will be recorded so if you miss the teachings you can still listen later. I began using the Wheel when I was doing more focused meditation, I found the ritual of setting the space allowed me to settle my nervous system so I could go much deeper more quickly. I loved working with the crys...tals to create a different flavour each time and being in that space of creation. Since then the medicine Wheel has become my greatest tool for connecting and deepening my work with the physical and the spiritual world. I have used it for protection when I am journeying, to open portals to other realms, as a energetic clean space when creating and so much more. It feels like every time I am working with the Wheel I learn something new. This will be a beginners course and will cover the directions, the elements and using the wheel. 22.01.2022 I held the most beautiful ceremony around Manifesting with the spirits of Lavender and Amethyst today. The women were such beautifully connected and creative souls, creating their dreaming/manifesting pillows was such a clear moment of feeling all the other women in our lineages before us, who would have sat sewing and creating together. The deep connection to spirit through the cacao and sound bath and so much more beautiful magic was felt and held by all. Deepest gratitude for this life. X

20.01.2022 Today I am coming out! To lots of people Im a typical suburban soccer Mum. I live in a nice area, my kids went to good schools, I am devoted to my kids and know all my neighbours. But Im actually a hippie. Im a certified crystal carrying (always have at least one in my bra) tree hugging , earth connecting portal opening hippie. Im ready to start letting the world know some of the crazy stuff I actually do on a daily basis while also living a very normal suburban soccer Mum life. And hopefully give others permission to embrace their own inner callings for more of the good stuff.

19.01.2022 I had a client recently who among other things wanted to be able to quiet the monkey brain so she could learn to meditate. After working through some blockages and rebuilding some brain pathways, the channeled message came through that she doesnt have to turn down her logic brain she needs to strengthen the creative part of her brain- and draw mandalas. She admitted she hadnt drawn for years but would go and research it and give it a go. Here is one of her drawings- and shes finally quieting the noise! Yay! Maybe this tip could help you. Xx

19.01.2022 Kinesiology is a tool I use to work with the brain. Kinesiologists are a bit like a piano player. We all have the same notes but its how we put them together that makes the magic happen. I love working with the brain. There is sooo.. much we dont know or understand about it. Yet it holds the power to understand all of our feelings, beliefs, blocks and inadequacies. Kinesiology allows me to turn off the fight/flight mode that many of us find ourselves living in. And I t allows me to pinpoint at what moment in time a programme was made and clear it!! So much goodness!

16.01.2022 S A M H A I N Also known as Halloween, is a traditional Sabbat, which is not a manmade event, even though it has become commercial event. The Sabbats are as ol...d as the earth itself are forces of nature that man have no control over. As the earth spins on her axis and orbits the sun our season naturally shift and change during this journey. Once a year we have night that is the longest night of the year containing the shortest day of the year (winter solstice) and on the other side of the earth we have the longest day of the year and the shortest night (summer solstice). Then we also have our Autumn and Spring equinox where the day and night hours are in equal balance between sunset and sunrise and sunrise and sunset. So these cycles are completely unique to our planet and we dont have control of these cycles. We also have midpoints between the 4 greater Sabbats, and Samhain is what is referred it as a cross quarter day. It is like when the full moon is about to peak, or a roller coaster is just about at the top of the track before it heads down hill, it is that midpoint, where the energy is building. I think of these midpoints as power spots of the calendar and the turning of the seasons. If youre sensitive and empathic you will sense the cycles of nature, and that of sun and moon cycles and you dont even have to know astrology to sense this. But astrology helps us to create meaning and some understanding of natures natural cycles. So, Samhain is the Magical New Year also known as the feast of death and a time where items and candles are left out for our unseen guests! It symbolises the dark half of the year and the end of summer. It is said that the veil between worlds is lifted and we can communicate with or ancestors and those who have passed over with more ease. On halloween, I often think about creating a beautiful dinner party for my ancestors and table set for all those who have passed over into other realms. At this dinner party we all given the freedom to speak to our loved ones and ancestors without judgment as if they are sitting right in front of us, our insanity becomes our genius and a table of healing. We fill their plate with food and their glasses with wine and we celebrate the cycles of life together, grateful for life and death and new beginnings. At this table, we are given permission to hear all the voices of our loved ones and speak to those voices in open dialogue. What would you serve at this table? What conversation would you have? 12.01.2022 Ive been trying to pin down who or what is my ideal client? As Kinesiology covers so many different elements its tricky to narrow it down to just one, so it has been playing on my mind a little. When I woke up this morning, as I lay in that half asleep place, the word I kept seeing was Flow. It took a little while for the cogs to start clicking over, but I eventually realised that this is what I am trying to achieve for all my clients, and in relation to all their issues or ailments. If we are in flow then we arent trapped by fear or anxiety; if we are in flow we are not repeating the same self destructive patterns again and again; if we are in flow we are not stuck in not knowing what to do next and if we are in flow we are always moving with the sense of our own knowing. Bring on the Flow! Yay!

10.01.2022 Today I am officially launching the change in my business name. Although all the technical issues arent all sorted it was important to me that it was birthed into the world today as it is the first day of the pagan New Year! Yesterday was the celebration of Samhain which marks the end of summer, celebrating harvest, connecting to ancestors and those who have passed over and generally being more in touch with the spiritual realm. The Pagans believed that the New Year began ...at the start of winter as all life starts with a period of time in the dark. Before being born, babies are in the dark of the womb, plants start as seeds in the earth and we are all tucked up now due to Covid, ready to birth a new way of operating in the world. GoldArc is about bridging us to our past or our future, the physical and spiritual realms, and connecting us to plants, crystals and other vibrational medicines. 05.01.2022 Up until about 6 years ago I didnt own a crystal. I thought they were pretty but not for me. Then something happened. I started dreaming about crystals.... all the time! I dreamt of them rising out of the earth around me, of them connecting people to me, of burying them in the ground and using them to bring higher vibrations to the earth. So many dreams and I was remembering all the details!!So being quite science minded I did some googling to see how crystals work. Ultima...tely crystals, like everything else is/has a vibration and the theory is by carrying that vibration within our energy we can change our energy to be more in alignment with that of the crystal. Studies of course werent conclusive. Placebo effect was the finding mostly but also studies showed crystals change water quality-so they are doing something, and as we are mostly water maybe they are changing our blood? Either way, I now so enjoy my crystals, they bring me joy.l See more
