25.01.2022 So after being inspired by Anna-Skye Kameron this week, I thought I’d hit the kitchen and play. High Protein Mousse with Macerated berries with cinnamon and maple syrup. It tastes yummy so I may do it again.... Happy to post the recipe in comments if you’d like?

17.01.2022 For a little while now, there have been a nucleus of people encouraging me to progress my academic journey~after finally building up the balls to actually jump and take on this huge journey~yesterday I received confirmation that it’s all going to actually happen So off to uni at the age of 40, full time work and study whilst single parenting.....I can’t wait! Believe it or not. I’m so excited. To the once leaders who did not believe in me or my integrity........thank~you... for the last bit of fuel this fire needed to get going! Stage 1
