My position is Managing Director and Certified Quantity Surveyor at APLAS Group Quantity Surveyors. APLAS is an independent property and construction cost consultancy, specialising in quantity surveying and cost management of construction and development projects. We also have a specialised Division of our business called Better Tax Depreciations that is solely focused on the delivery of Property Tax Depreciation Services to Property Investors, Landlords and Business Owners, assisting them to maximise their tax deductions through Property Depreciation. We are a proud Newcastle born and based business, founded in 2016. 2. Describe your approach and point of difference? :We are a local and boutique business that prides itself on personalised customer service and providing open and direct communication with our clients.
