Louella has over 7 years experience within the Family Day Care sector in Administration and Finance and has strong knowledge and understanding of Family Assistance Law, Compliance and Child Care Subsidy. 06.01.2022 Our scheduled meeting with the Department of Education, Skills and Employment as part of our CCS assessment has unfortunately been postponed to a later date due to COVID-19. If you are considering being a Family Day Care Educator, we would love to hear from you.

06.01.2022 Hope everyone had a relaxing Australia Day long weekend, spending time with family, friends and loved ones. We are excited to say that last week we had our visit and inspection with ECRU, as part of our Service Approval. We are now waiting to hear from them and will post any new updates.

05.01.2022 We have received notification from the Department of Education, Skills and Employment that unfortunately all CCS assessments are currently paused due to COVID-19. The earliest the department will proceed with assessments, will not be until at least 28th June 2020. Whilst this is disappointing for us, it is understandable at this time. Stay safe everyone, keep up the fantastic work that all educators are providing for children and their families. We look forward to continuing on our Koolanga journey very soon. Helen and Louella
