20.01.2022 Here is the Summer Holiday timetable. Take a look and share with your friends! All sessions are held outdoors at Blue Gum Lodge, Springwood.... We do a range of circuit, weights and Hiit workouts. There is no childcare, but many parents bring their young kids along. They play on the grass our hang around in a stroller. We are definitely child friendly! ALL FITNESS LEVELS WELCOME. Honestly - don't say 'Oh I'm not fit enough'... I work with you wherever you are at in your fitness Journey. WHEREVER!!! If you haven't been to a session and are keen to give it a try, send me a message I'd love to meet you and so would everyone else who comes along!

20.01.2022 Hi everyone. I’ve been in lockdown after coming back from Victoria and am so excited to get back into it on Friday!! Friday sessions are at 7am and 9am.... Sessions are outdoors, in the sunshine (hopefully) and we keep a nice social distance from one another. DM me if you are keen come for a free trial session! 17.01.2022 CONSISTENCY You may have heard the term 'Consistency is the Key'!! I have been thinking of this over the past couple of months as I have started a new daily face care regimen. Day in day out, spending the time morning & night trying to look after my skin & reverse the sun damage / sleep deprivation - bags etc from my face. YES I want a quick fix, I want my face to look BTB4 but I want it NOW! The damage on my skin has taken years to get there & it will take time to reverse.... This is the same with fitness levels. It takes time to build up our fitness levels...AND in turn will hopefully see fulfilling results as well as some healthy habits. We live in such an instant society, with most things at our fingertips, hard consistent efforts are lacking. Consistency develops - endurance - habits - patience - clarity & focus - discipline Lets encourage each other to be consistent with things that make us healthier and happier.

Please also keep in mind the 1.5m of social distancing required when you come to sessions. Let’s look after one other and do our best to keep each other safe and well.

M-measurable A-achievable R-relevant T-time based So for example, I am not going to create a goal in which I must fly to the moon this Friday. We need to make goals that are achievable - but don't be afraid to push yourself a bit. If you feel that you are at a standstill in an area in your life look at working out some SMART Goals!

I've now been with Leisel and Better than B4 for 12 months.... Leisel has shown me that I can achieve a level of fitness, strength and endurance that I never thought was in me. The best feeling is the encouragement from each other, and all of the different levels of fitness we're at, with no judgement. Now I can't stand how I feel when I haven't been to a class all week! I can't thank Leisel & the BTB4 community enough".

Don’t attend if you are awaiting test results. Don’t attend if you have been in a hotspot in the last 14 days. Adhere to 1.5m physical distancing practices. Because we mostly have sessions outdoors this is very easy to do!

01.01.2022 DEFEATING DOUBT! The definition of doubt is - the feeling of uncertainty or lack of conviction. How does doubt affect YOU?... I guess for me it is Self -Doubt that raises its ugly head at times. Causes of doubt come from past experiences, feeling inadequate, rising up to new challenges or the dreaded comparison trap. For me walking in doubt is super negative as it traps me from the opportunities before me. Lets beat self-doubt by talking to someone about it, think back to times when we defeated doubt, celebrate small wins and STOP comparing!!!!!
