24.01.2022 Well done to our merit certificate recipients from the last assembly! Great to see our students being SUCCESSFUL!
23.01.2022 One of the most popular items in the STEAM room is the humble cardboard roll...and are supplies are very low. If you are wrapping presents for Christmas or finishing off a roll of paper towel, we’d love to use the cardboard tubes for our projects. Unfortunately, we can’t use toilet paper rolls but all other sizes are gratefully received.
23.01.2022 Our Year 3 - 5 students trekked off to Greenbatch today on an excursion. They were all very excited to get on the bus this morning, to take their recycling straight to where the plastic recycling action happens!
22.01.2022 Thank you so much to our Beverley Redbacks Hockey Club volunteers for giving up their Friday afternoons over 4 weeks to help deliver hockey to the majority of our primary students. Combined with their regular Physical Education lessons, students will have completed 8 hockey sessions across 4 weeks since the conclusion of Athletics. This wouldn’t have been possible without these awesome volunteers!

19.01.2022 Today, as part of our NAIDOC week activities, we spent some time exploring storytelling. The primary students watched some Noongar creation stories, heard about the story behind Mrs Hare’s family painting and explored the symbols found in Aboriginal paintings. They then designed their own story stones and created a shared story. Fantastic work! Always was, always will be.
14.01.2022 As a part of our rich and engaging literature program at BDHS we are wondering if anyone may have these books getting dusty on your bookshelf at home and may like to generously donate them to the school? If you would like to support our classroom literature by donating any of these books please feel free to deliver them to the front office or send them in with a student. Thank you, your support is invaluable.

05.01.2022 Thank you to all the people who have started collecting eligible containers to help raise money for the P&C once the container deposit scheme kicks off at the start of October. The P&C will soon have a trailer for the containers but, in the mean time, we are happy to store in the STEAM room. Mrs Aynsley loves receiving bags-full each morning!
05.01.2022 This AMAZING lady not only directed, organised and cast the play for the Year 6 Assembly, she starred as Donkey too in the absence of a student! That is on top of her role of presenting PBS SPARK awards and the Golden Broom! Wow, what would we do without you Mrs Shaw!!!
