13.01.2022 After a 15 day hospital stay, the intense birth of my baby daughter 6 weeks early and now being at home and visiting her as much as I can, it's self love night for this Mumma! My baby girl Angel-Rain Anahata was born on the 9th September and I am so in love. She is doing amazing. Happy and healthy. Can't wait to bring her home. Tonight I am making the most of loving on myself in mind, body and spirit and honouring my body for the journey that it has had to bring my baby gir...l Earth side. This tea is divine!!!! 07.01.2022 I attended a workshop today about Neuralplasticity and the Adverse Effects of childhood trauma. I got so much out of it and one thing was this video. I have had my own journey with anxiety and I found this clip to be relatable but also educational. ... It only goes for less than 15 minutes and I hope you enjoy it as much I have. 06.01.2022 Woohoo it's official! After studying nutrition for the last few years, I am doing something new. I have been enrolled to do the Cert 4 in Community Services ... Looking so forward to learning more about supporting and servicing the community on all different levels and being able to love on people even more
