20.01.2022 Congratulations to Norths players Holly Gilbar and Georgina Grieg who last weekend helped Past High Hockey Club to victory in the Toowoomba A1 women's grand final. Holly, the Past High team captain, scored a goal as her side defeated three-time defending champion Rangeville 3-1 in the grand final.

17.01.2022 Norths juniors Quinlan, Riley and Aryel enjoyed three days of training, guest speakers and playing games at the Hockey Queensland under 13 indoor hockey training camp at Kedron last week. Norths Division 1 men and Hockey QLD - Indoor coach Paul Tucker was there too.

16.01.2022 VALE LEN BROOK Northern Suburbs Hockey Club advises of the passing of Len Brook, one of the members of the original Norths A-Grade senior men's team in 1956. Len will be remembered as an always happy guy who loved his hockey and loved Norths. Len is survived by his wife Joy, daughter Bonnie and their sons Trevor and Malcolm and their respective families. Trevor and Mal played many years for Norths from juniors through to Division 1. ... A funeral service for Len Brook will be held on Wednesday September 30 at 1pm at the Church of Christ, corner Foley Street and Fifth Avenue, Bongaree (Bribie Island).

11.01.2022 Norths Division 1 player Aleisha Neumann and former Eagles top-grader Ellen Seaniger have been named in the Townsville Hockey Association women's team of the decade by 'Townsville Bulletin' newspaper. Both players are Australian Country hockey representatives.

09.01.2022 Norths is excited to announce the appointment of Regie Fisher as coach of the Eagles' junior women's turf team for the 2021 season. Regie will bring a wealth of experience to Norths. She has been a Hockey Queensland junior representative team coach and selector and Queensland Open women and Under 21 women's team manager. She also served as Brisbane Women's Hockey Association Development Officer for six years. Any players interested in trialling for the Norths Junior Turf team email [email protected]
