Today a school teacher from his school came in to to congratulate Maddi on her amazing skills dealing with this young man, and asked her, would she be agreeable to look after more of her students. I am so very proud of Maddi and her exceptional hairdressing skills.

01.01.2022 We are on the road to recovery. Thank you to all our amazing clients for your loyal support and flexibility with our new health and safety practices due to COVID-19. All of our team have been through periods of shock, denial, frustration, depression and decision making over the last 5 weeks. I am in awe of my team. Helen, Maddi, Hayley and Shyanna have supported me 100% with our salon closing and re-opening. I am so thankful for Job keeper as it has enabled me to keep all my staff employed. Stay safe, stay strong and be kind to one another. Love from Jen and the team.

01.01.2022 Helen is taking an exciting new pathway towards her passion of beauty and makeup. After 11 years of brilliant service to our lovely clients, Helen has accepted a fulltime position at Mocha Beauty Gungahlin. She will be greatly missed at BTCL but we all wish her the very best in her new endeavour. Helen's last day with us will be Saturday 9th January.
