14.01.2022 Afternoon all, As most may have heard by now, there has been 2 confirmed cases of COVID-19 here in Queensland and more importantly very near where we train in Browns Plains. With the possibility of the shopping centers in both Browns Plains and Springfield being closed for deep cleaning as contact tracing continues, this has prompted me to be overly cautious and cancel our remaining sessions for this week.... As we have some clients that may be more vulnerable or have family members who are more vulnerable, it would be negligent for me not to take action on this. I take both my health, that of my clients and all of our families very seriously and hope you can understand the need for such caution. For now we will revert back to online (free) training until more information about this current situation is available. I will run the first online session starting Tomorrow 5.30pm for any one who would like to join. In the meantime if I can assist anyone during this difficult time, please dont hesitate to contact me. Stay safe, socially distance and wash those mittens! Karl

06.01.2022 Tonights session marks our 1st birthday here at Beyond Movement! And what a year it has been. ... With a mountain of ups and downs that 2020 has thrown at us all, I just want to take this time to thank my fitness Whanau for all the laughs, the sweat and hard work, all the swear words and true grit, but most of all the support you have all shown me. Trust me when I say I am truly grateful! This year definitely hasn't gone to plan, and has been incredibly tough but we got through it and will continue to move forward. Well done Whanau for all your efforts you are all truly amazing inside and out. Thank you!
