14.01.2022 It’s great to be back at work and picking up clients at Melbourne Airport. It was really special to be greeted by other operators in the industry that I haven’t seen for a while - I have to admit they’re better than recognising me in a mask than the other way round! I had forgotten how the airport works though:... Plane due at 17:35 ( and apps show this time up to 30 minutes prior) Plane actually lands at 18:00 Plane allows passengers to disembark at 18:20 Luggage arrives at carousel at 18:50! It seems that there has been no improvement at the airport. At least my clients didn’t have the frustration of then taking a courtesy bus to the car park then driving home. I look forward to seeing you the next time you travel!
