25.01.2022 Medinah Country Club has been announced as the host for the 2026 Presidents Cup. Let’s hope the Internationals can replicate the performance of the Europeans in 2012 and cause an upset.

25.01.2022 Here’s a look at the new Cobra King Supersport - 35 Putter. Cobra have teamed up with HP to release this new 3D Printed putter. 24.01.2022 List of people to shoot all four rounds in the 60s at the Masters: - Cameron Smith (2020) That’s it. ... An impressive T-2 performance for the Queenslander. Finished at -15 under for the tournament, the lowest score in history to not win at Augusta.
24.01.2022 This will be fun... Tiger and Charlie Woods have been paired with Justin and Mike Thomas at this weeks PNC Championship.
24.01.2022 MASTERS SECOND ROUND SUMMARY. http://www.bgaproshop.com//Latest-News/2020-Masters-Round-2 The second day of the 2020 Masters got off to an early start with a number of players still having to complete their first round. With better weather than Thursday, we were treated to a full day of golf.... Australian Adam Scott couldn’t capitalise on his good scoring yesterday afternoon, completing his first round at 2 under par. With only half-an-hour separating his final putt of round one and his first tee shot of round two, he shot an even par 72, to leave him in a tie for 34th. Fellow Australian Cameron Smith has soared into a tie for the lead. Closing his second round with 3 birdies and an eagle in his final four holes. Smith finds himself in a four-way tie at 9 under par. Leaders include world number 1, Dustin Johnson, and world number 3 Justin Thomas. Both of whom made their way to 10 under par during their rounds, before dropping a shot coming home. Mexican Abraham Ancer also finished his second round at 9 under, in what is his first time playing the Masters. 63-year-old Bernhard Langer becomes the oldest player to ever make the cut at the masters. The two-time Masters winner, most recently in 1993, shot a second round 73, leaving him at 3 under, 3 shots ahead of the current cut line. Rory McIlroy has shot himself back into contention, currently sitting at 3 under par, improving on his opening round score by 9 shots. His bogey free 66 was the equal best round of the day, with 2016 Champion Danny Willet and fellow Englishman Tommy Fleetwood among the names to also post this score. Willet played his entire second round without a driver after cracking it at the end of his first round this morning, however, this wasn’t enough to stop him from shooting a career low at Augusta. Surprising to many, the reigning US Open Champion, Bryson DeChambeau finds himself in a battle to make the weekend. His struggles started on the third hole, when, despite only missing the fairway by a few paces, he lost his ball and walked off with a triple bogey. Currently sitting at 1 over, with the cut expected to close in to 1 under, Bryson will need to make some birdies in his final 6 holes. With 14 golfers within 3 shots of the lead, it is set up to be another great weekend of golf at Augusta.
24.01.2022 Dustin Johnson has just finished his 107th week as World Number 1, the third most of all time. He’s not even close to Tiger at 683 weeks, that’s over 13 years Can anyone guess who sits second? Here’s a tip
23.01.2022 THE NEW TAYLORMADE MYTP PUTTER PROGRAM Customisation has taken the world by storm, and this is no different when it comes to the golf world. From being able to customise your own Nike or FootJoy Golf Shoes, to getting your own logo on your golf ball. Taylormade have recently announced a new campaign, called the MyTP putter program, following on from their previous MySpider X earlier this year. MyTP allows customers to pick from either their Juno or Soto head putters in a shor...t or long length hosel, both are a classic blade style, the most notable difference is found in the sharpness of the edges. From there, you can select either a silver or black finish, with the option of five different sight lines, in twelve different colours. You can also choose to have something written on the back of the blade, you could follow in Tiger's footsteps and get your own name engraved on the head. You then choose the colour of the screws, face insert, sole weight and the TP Logo. The finishing touches include your choice of a range of grips, including Golf Pride, Lamkin and SuperStroke, as well as being able to choose the required length, from 32" to 37". Bill Price, Senior Director of Product Creation at Taylormade, believes "more and more golfers want equipment that not only performs at a premium level on course, but speaks to who they are off it. The MyTP Program gives them the chance to do just that. We're bringing an extensive level of personalisation to a traditional line of blade putters, delivering an ideal blend of the classic and the modern". With the new putters retailing at $325, $75 more expensive than the traditional TP putters, is the personalisation worth the money? It may be justifiable when you compare it to the price of Scotty Cameron and other brands. With more and more golfers beginning to show their personality off the course, with social media and fan engagement, personalised products offers a great way to showcase your personality on the course. With this range of options to choose from, I don’t see us ever missing a putt again!
23.01.2022 Congrats to Harris English who won the Sentry Tournament of Champions this morning, holding off Joaquin Niemann on the first playoff hole.

22.01.2022 MASTERS THIRD ROUND SUMMARY http://www.bgaproshop.com//Latest-News/2020-Masters-Round-3 World number 1 Dustin Johnson came out all guns blazing to start his third round. Beginning in a five-way tie for the lead, Johnson opened with two birdies and an eagle in his first four holes to stretch out a lead. He finished his day with a bogey free 7 under, 4 shots clear of his nearest competitor and he ties the 54 hole scoring record at the Masters, set in 2015 by Jordan Spieth.... This will be the fifth time Johnson has had the 54 hole lead or co-lead in a major, however, his only major title to date, was a come from behind win at the US Open in 2016. There are 3 currently tied for second place, two of which are Masters rookies. The South Korean Sungjae Im and Mexican Abraham Ancer. The pair shot a 68 and 69 in their third rounds to reach a total of 12 under. 4 shots back of world number 1, they will have to get to a quick start tomorrow to pressure the leader. 36-hole co-leader and Queenslander Cameron Smith remains in contention with a 3 under 69. Smith spent most of his round stuck in neutral, however, beginning his round with 12 straight pars, he never found himself out of the tournament. Smith finished with 3 birdies coming home to cap off a solid round and sits four back. Pre-tournament favourite Bryson Dechambeau made the cut on the number, despite bogeying the last two holes of his second round. Dechambeau claimed to be feeling unwell on Friday night, having spells of dizziness, he submitted a coronavirus test, which came back negative. He finished his third round 3 under, and sits 13 back with one round to go. The even par cut line is the lowest in the history of the masters. Last year's champion Tiger Woods remains at 5 under par for the tournament with a score of 72 in the third round. After being 4 under through his opening 9 holes of the tournament, Tiger says the condensing of the rounds due to weather delays hasn’t helped his body. Most notably playing 26 holes today.

16.01.2022 NEW COBRA RADSPEED PRODUCTS Cobra has officially released there new product line for 2021. The new line, named "Radspeed" will be replacing the current King SpeedZone products. Radspeed products includes new drivers, fairways, hybrids and irons. The "Rad" comes from the word Radius. Cobra have focussed on the idea of Radius of Gyration in their new products. This essentially means they have placed weights as far from the clubs centre of gravity as possible, this helps to incr...ease the overall speed of the club. The driver range includes three different models, the Radspeed, the Radspeed XB (Xtreme Back) and Radspeed XD (Xtreme Draw). Presentation wise, the three models are close to identical, however, the three models offer a well suited product to all ranges of golfers, to those just starting, to the likes of tour pros Bryson Dechambeau and Rickie Fowler. The Cobra line has also included the CNC Infinity Milled Face which was introduced in the King SpeedZone. Each face takes 25 minutes to produce, and is wrapped around the body of the club increasing the size of the sweet spot. They have also introduced three fairway woods, the Radspeed, the Radspeed Big Tour and Tour and the Radspeed Draw. These again, like the drivers, allow golfers a broad range of products to ensure they get the one best suited to them. The two hybrid options, the Radspeed and Radpeed One, come equipped with forward weighting to help with lower launch, less spin and greater distance. The Hollow Split Rails on the soles allow for greater versatility from challenging lies. All woods and hybrids come in either a matte or gloss finish. The new Radspeed iron range, similarly to the King Supersport putter has utilised 3D printing in their manufacturing. Cobra claims the use of this technology results in greater feel and removed any unneeded weight in the club head. The Radspeed irons have also been released in the popular "One Length" choice, which is sure to be utilised by reigning US Open Champion Bryson Dechambeau.

06.01.2022 After a long PGA Tour season, let’s take a look back at the biggest moments of the last 12 months. DJ's emotional acceptance of winning the Masters We have become accustom to seeing the steel eyed presence of DJ, however this was contrasted with a teared up Masters Champion during his acceptance speech, at times even struggling to get his words out. We sometimes may mistake his lack of emotion for a lack of interest, however, we were proved wrong in what would be considered h...Continue reading
