25.01.2022 Check Out this weeks Business For Sale - A dream dual Business Opportunity in Darwin: https://youtu.be/xltbmrvP4K4

23.01.2022 Here is a little ad I wrote, about the NT Economy and going broke, but don't worry, if you need a business solution or assistance realising some coin from your assets, plant, machinery or stock, call me on 0417610939. This is a period in time brought about by the incompetence of others, do what needs doing and stay the course. I have helped plenty of business and property owners, if your doing it tough, I might be able to help you.

23.01.2022 Here is my call, within the next 18 months up to if not more than 20,000 people will leave Darwin, in excess of 300 small business's will close their doors in the Darwin/Palmerston area. The prices of property will fall another 20 to 30 percent. Bigger interstate companies will move north and capture NT Government expenditure and local business's will either go into hibernation or close as a direct result of the big companies from interstate. If you don't need to sell, don't sell your property now. If your business is struggling now, sell it or break it up and sell it off piece meal. If you want any assistance call me, I will do the job cheaper than anyone in town that's selling or auctioning property, business's plant or equipment. Don't rely on this governments spend, its not going to reach small to medium business. Braedon 0417610939

18.01.2022 No matter how many beers I had on the weekend I couldn't stop thinking about my home town of Darwin. I spoke to four different family's, Friday night plus Saturday morning, all are leaving Darwin as soon as they can. All four families are long term Darwin people with extended families and friends here. Then there is the bloke around the corner with his house for sale, he will leave as soon as he sells. that's 22 people leaving Darwin I know about, that were long term Territor...ians. I estimate 30,000 people have left Darwin in the last 12 to 16 months, I estimate another 10,000 will leave in the next 6 months. Out of 42.000 residences in Darwin/Palmerston 16,000 are vacant. if another 10,000 people leave we will have in excess of 50% vacancy in properties in Darwin/Palmerston. We are technically in a recession, but realistically we are in a depression. Crime is about to go through the roof and another 30% of small businesses will close their doors forever. I saw this coming, I spoke to people about it, politicians, gas companies - everyone ignored it. Now, this stupid Labor Government has called forward all of its spendings between now and the 2020 election, all they are doing is moving the point of impact for the economy further out until after the election, everyone in business can see it and anyone with any money is getting out before then. This is going to take years to recover from Feeling very flat. See more

09.01.2022 I went to a property auction yesterday, 22 properties on offer, saw 6 sell under the hammer, apparently another after. So 7 out of 22. On average I reckon prices were down 15 to 20%, they crept over reserves by 1,000 dollars a go. One property sold for $610,000 yesterday, the same property sold for $925,000 in 2012 - that's a decline in value of 34% and we haven't hit the bottom of the property market yet.

06.01.2022 Its with enormous distress that I report the status quo on the NT Economy as I see it. Recent industrial disputes between construction giants, with projects in the NT should be of grave concerns to all. Disputes of this nature only come about because of the following issues: quality assurance of the end product, return on investment, availability of resources, regulatory controls and compliance, finance and sovereignty risk. So when you see on the news that so and so has spli...t the blanket with so and so ask yourself the question, which one of the aforementioned issues made this happen? then ask your self why hasn't the NT Government or the federal government called them to account, given they have major project status and financial incentives from both. But that's not the sum of it, the ABS has reported a declining population in the NT all be it 12 months out of date, exodus 6,000 people, the real figure would be about double that. The Chief Minister declares things are tough and to get ready for a tough budget and there will need to be cuts. But what the Chief Minister isn't telling you is that he has just advertised for two deputy CEO's for the Department of the Chief Minister with a wage package in excess of $300,000 - so in the midst of business's being brought to there knees and laying off staff, the Chief minister is employing more staff with an increase to money to these positions by $160,000, how removed from an economy can you get. It gets better, NORTH CREST the development being developed by the Halikos group, has been in the approval process with the NT GOVERNMENT for the subdivision, FOR THE LAST 9 MONTHS, with still no approval in sight to turn the soil - you could almost start a competition what would happen first the creation and birth of a new child or a subdivision approval from the INEPT MICHAEL GUNNER LABOR GOVERNMENT - GET OFF YOUR ARSE POSSUMS AND DO WHAT YOU ARE GETTING PAID FOR, BUSINESS ISNT INTERESTED IN YOUR SOCIAL ENGINEERING AGENDAS, CUT THE RED TAPE AND START LOOKING AFTER TERRITORIANS AND NOT YOUR SOUTHERN LABOR PARTY MATES.. 03.01.2022 People often ask me, how are we going to get the Territory going again.... what’s it going to take well here is a tip. Pictured is Theo Kalidonis, on site on Sunday with his men completing a tender they won recently. His is the owner of the business and you couldn’t get any more hands on . I asked him what’s it going to take to turn the Territory around? Theo replied we have to go back to the old ways....they have to work. Talking the talk and walking the walk that’s Theo Kaladonis.
