13.01.2022 EXPRESSION OF INTEREST I have had lots of requests in regards to creating a boot camp class for families. After plenty of planning and designing, it is now time to see who else would be interested. This is the perfect opportunity for families to get fit, improve their mental-wellbeing, stay active and enjoy the fresh outdoors we are lucky to have in FNQ. ... I understand it can be hard with children having many outside school activities as well as parents being super busy. Please comment or direct message the page if you would like to be added to the waitlist and kept up to date for the upcoming dates. Classes will be suited for different ages and fitness levels. Members will have the option to modify exercises to suit their level of fitness, their age and any current injuries. If your kids currently attend the Saturday morning Kids Fitness & Empowerment classes this will be a great way for them to get moving and very warmed up before our session. I am looking forward to launching this new project and working with many amazing families. These classes will be capped so I can devote my time to each individual and each class will go for 45 minutes. Use the courage inside of you to go for it and JUST SAY YES. This could be the opportunity that sets you up for your dream career, helps you achieve the education you’ve always wanted, push you in the right direction of meeting the love of your life or it could create an abundance of happiness. Either of those options sound amazing, don’t allow fear your fears to take control and #choosetochallenge . Each day is a new opportunity to seek challenges and open your mind to growth.
