18.01.2022 BHN students had a fabulous day at the 'Let Loose'/Year 6 Funday yesterday. Congratulations to Year 6 Students and Teachers for organising a sensational day of fun for all.

15.01.2022 Yesterday K-6 students celebrated NAIDOC Week. The 2020 theme is: Always Was, Always Will Be which recognises that First Nations people have occupied and cared for this continent for over 65,000 years. Students watched a traditional smoking ceremony, painted stones and had their faces painted.

13.01.2022 Jump Rope for Heart is back this year K-6! Jump Rope for Heart is a fantastic physical activity and fundraising program that has been run by the Heart Foundation for over 36 years. It's a great way for your child to keep fit and learn new skills, but it also helps raise funds for vital heart research and education programs. It's important you register your child online, so they can receive the full benefits of the program and participate in online fundraising, simply follow t...he link below to get started. www.jumprope.org.au/parents Students will be skipping throughout the term. During this time you can share their online fundraising page with family and friends to help raise money for this great cause. Students can raise money up until Friday 20th November 2020. Students can win some great prizes for their fundraising efforts. We will hold our school Jump Off Day on Friday 27th November 2020, this will mark the end of the program and is a chance for everyone to come together to skip and show off their newly learned skills.

04.01.2022 Students at BHN had a wonderful day at the Crest Athletics Field yesterday for our combined K-6 Athletics Day. Students enjoyed the gorgeous spring sunshine and participated in many fun activities.

They have looked at how advertisers use persuasive devices to encourage the reader or viewer to buy their product or agree with their point of view. 5W made posters to inform people of the importance of wearing a mask to protect each other and help stop the spread of Corona Virus.
