16.01.2022 Get your Christmas /New Year Wine or Gin and help fundraise for our scout group Bibra Lake Scout Group Australian Jamboree 2022 Fundraiser. Here is the link...... https://wisewine.com.au/bibra-lake-scouts/ Please share this post with as many friends as possible. The more wine and gin we sell the more funds we raise! (But of course we encourage everyone to drink responsibly - but don't let that stop you buying heaps!) Share this link with friends and family, on your FB page, Twitter, Instagram, by email, by snail mail or by pigeon (OK the last two aren't going to be as effective of course). The more people that see our Wine/Gin fundraising web page, the better! Let the gin, wine, song, cheer and fundraising flow for a Merry Christmas in 2020!!!

03.01.2022 As we count down to a new year and reflect on what has been a tumultuous and challenging 2020, we are thankful and appreciative for the hard work and dedication... of our members and supporters. Together we have navigated a difficult year that has seen the need to quickly transition from meeting weekly in person to doing Scouting@Home; many of our regular and loved events cancelled; engaging with our local communities and standing together for the Anzac Day ‘Light up the Dawn’ services in our driveways; and on-line meetings becoming the new normal that opens a world of opportunity for more of our Scouting members to participate. During a year in which we have all had to deal with great uncertainty and challenges in our personal lives, these accomplishments are just a few of what our youth and adult members have helped us achieve. Through it all we have stood strong and united as an organisation that remains as relevant now as it did in 1907 when Scouts first started. To all of our valued members, we thank you for everything that you have done, and continue to do to make Scouting successful and enjoyable for everyone. To our members and supporters, we wish you and your families & friends a safe and happy New Year. May 2021 be filled with kindness, empathy and compassion + lots of laughter, memorable moments & adventures, and great friendship.
