Each day we build our program around one of the core lifts (squat, deadlift and bench press) and add in some hard and fast conditioning to finish everyone off! You may be religious about your workouts and smash salads at lunchtime, but your partners or familys habits dont match yours how can you stay on track (especially when youre locked in the house with them)?
