25.01.2022 I know it’s been a while so here are some rigs swimming yesterday

25.01.2022 First run for the year done, struggled to do it, got to the 3 km mark and wanted the body wanted to give up but pushed through. This is the year I achieve my goal, 10 years in the making. Melbourne marathon number 10 Spartan!! Day 1 of a long strong year!! Bring in Sunday October 13th!!

21.01.2022 Over the weekend 3/4 of the Alcatraz team got together in Sydney however I mucked up and only two could go to the swim today but it was good to see Louise again So of me and little voice go to swim the Bondi blue water challenge Course Chang due to rough conditions And during the swim a blue bottle plague attack a lot of swimmers Mass rescues but all under control by Bondi swimmers life saving club ...
