04.01.2022 Just had a moment to read my latest "beer & brewer" and found this piece of info on Kviek yeast interesting; especially if you find temperature control hard. "Kviek yeasts can make a delicious fruity ale at any temperature between 20 & 40C and they do it quickly, and without any diacetyl, acetaldehyde, or phenolics." Too good and we do stock this 1 liquid yeast. Cheers
