20.01.2022 Change positions during your ride and take breaks if you need to. Slide your hands into different positions on the handle bar throughout your ride and wiggle in your seat every few minutes to avoid getting numb.

This reduces the amount of time your rubber is on the metal. And dont swerve while crossing the tracks a sideways movement from your tyres can cause them to slip on the metal.

All you need is: 1 cup brewed unsweetened green tea cup 100% cherry juice cup flavoured coconut water cup seltzer water... 1 teaspoon agave nectar Juice of 1 lemon Ice cubes Lemon slices for garnish Combine green tea, cherry juice, coconut water, seltzer, agave and lemon juice in a large glass or container. Always overtake on their right, and pass with care. If a car is coming up behind, call out car back! And call out door! if one is about to open on you - it alerts following riders, and may startle the car owner from opening it on you.
